Maintenance Technician-Warehouse(Monday-Friday)Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, performs routine maintenance work, minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry work at all sites. Conducts safety inspections and makes recommendations for corrective action and follow-up maintenance. Duties include but are not limited to: Maintains buildings, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other related maintenance activities. Replaces air conditioning filters. May clean snow and debris from sidewalks and parking areas. Performs landscaping maintenance such as mowing of lawns, trimming shrubbery, planting flowers. Assists in the transportation and rearrangement of furniture and equipment as needed. Repaints as required the interior and exterior of all buildings. Performs floor surface maintenance (stripping or Carpet shampooing) as needed. Helps conduct yearly inventory of all site equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

High school diploma or GED equivalent required A minimum of two years' maintenance experience required Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

LOCATION

Society Hill, SC

• work will be performed at CareSouth Carolina offices located in Lake View, Latta, Dillon, McColl, Bennettsville, Cheraw, Chesterfield, Society Hill, Hartsville, and Bishopville (SC). HOURS Monday
• Thursday or Tuesday
• Friday, 7:30AM
• 6:00 PM.
