At era-contact USA, LLC, we're looking for a Warehouse Associate with strong experience in packing and shipping who can also assist in other areas of the warehouse. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy, we want you on our team! What You'll Do
• Pack and prepare customer orders with care and precision.
• Ensure shipments meet carrier and customer guidelines for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory.
• Assist in other warehouse operations such as receiving, stocking, and organizing.
• Inspect packages for quality and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
• Collaborate with your team to hit daily goals. What We're Looking For

Experience:

Proven background in packing and shipping within a warehouse setting.

Skills:

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Tech:

Familiarity with shipping software and inventory systems.

Computer Skills:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word for communication and record-keeping.

Bonus Points:
