Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Laborer / Production Associate to join their team. As a General Laborer / Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

1st 6am-2:30pm, Monday
  • Friday, OT as needed What's the Job?
Ensure work areas are clean and free of debris and scrap material, placing waste in proper receptacles Assist with general production labor needs such as grinding or deburring parts Operate punching machines to cut parts out of sheet metal Place and organize punch parts onto pallets for efficient workflow Move materials using pallet jacks and/or forklifts to designated work areas What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to operate machinery such as PEM inserters and punching machines Willingness to comply with environmental, safety policies, and regulations Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards Ability to work effectively in a team environment What's in it for me?
