Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and organization. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Load and unload trucks using appropriate warehouse equipment Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy Organize and maintain warehouse inventory locations Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and service goals Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems preferred Forklift experience or certification is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Experience Order picking and packing Inventory control and cycle counting RF scanner or warehouse management system (WMS) experience Forklift, reach truck, or pallet jack operation Success in This Role Maintaining high levels of inventory and order accuracy Meeting shipping and receiving deadlines Following safety procedures consistently Contributing to an organized and efficient warehouse operation
