Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate

Duties Operate equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders. Perform order picking and packing tasks with precision to ensure timely shipment of products. Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation. Stock shelves and organize inventory using mechanical knowledge and proper materials handling techniques. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipping. Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, including load & unload operations and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Skills Proven experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment required for warehouse operations. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanner technology for order fulfillment accuracy. Experience in shipping & receiving processes, order picking & packing, and stock replenishment. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate heavy equipment and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues. Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols, quality control procedures, and materials handling best practices. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus for those interested in advancing within the team.
