What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of cherry picker experience 1+ year of stand-up and sit-down forklift experience Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet riders, stock pickers, and other material handling equipment Experience using RF scanners and warehouse picking systems preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures Willingness to work overtime as needed Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures What You'll Do as an

Equipment Operator:

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Perform pre-operational equipment inspections and report safety concerns promptly Accurately pick, transport, and stage merchandise for customer and online orders Handle and transport hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures Stock products in designated warehouse locations to maintain inventory organization and accessibility Use RF scanners to track inventory and support accurate order fulfillment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout each shift Safely maneuver equipment in narrow aisles and confined warehouse spaces Work at heights as required when operating elevated equipment Meet daily productivity, quality, and safety expectations Assist with additional warehouse-related duties as assigned MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
