Rock Hill, SC 29730 Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving shipments, fulfilling orders, picking & packing, RF scanning, movement of loads, and maintaining organized inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments in an accurate and organized manner Pull, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards Verify order accuracy to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Identify and report damage, defective, or incorrect items Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as needed Required Qualifications At least 1-2+ years of experience working within a warehouse environment High school diploma or GED Forklift certification required Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Range:
$18-$20 (based on experience and qualifications)
