Production Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary Match Staffing is now hiring a Production Warehouse Assistant for a manufacturing facility located in Spartanburg, SC. This role blends administrative support with hands‑on production responsibilities , so candidates must have forklift experience and feel comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments. Key Responsibilities Production Coordination — Assist with daily production scheduling, tracking, and workflow updates. Forklift Operation — Safely operate a forklift to move materials, load/unload items, and support production needs. Administrative Support — Handle data entry, maintain production records, prepare reports, and support supervisors with documentation. Inventory Management — Monitor stock levels, label materials, and assist with cycle counts. Communication — Serve as a point of contact between production teams, supervisors, and office staff. Qualifications Forklift Certification — Must have prior forklift experience; certification preferred. Administrative Skills — Strong data entry, organization, and computer skills. Production Knowledge — Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus. Attention to Detail — Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures. Teamwork — Works well with both office and production staff.
