Job Description

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse operations team as a Warehouse Support Associate - ShippingLoading . In this role, you'll help ensure pharmaceutical products are accurately prepared, loaded, and shipped to customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Support Associate, you will: Accurately pick, pack, stage, load, and ship customer orders. Safely receive, move, stock, and organize pharmaceutical products throughout the warehouse. Load outbound trailers efficiently while ensuring product integrity and shipment accuracy. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Use RF scanners, warehouse technology, and inventory management systems to complete daily tasks. Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse productivity goals. Follow all FDA, DEA, DSCSA, OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies and procedures. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily shipping deadlines and operational goals. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency and customer service. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or inventory experience preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of forklift operating experience or current forklift certification required. Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse technology preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 pounds . Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment. Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
