Summerville, SC 29486 - Seeking immediate start We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced distribution team. This role is responsible for receiving shipments, replenishing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and maintaining accurate warehouse operations using RF scanners and material handling equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, team-oriented, and committed to accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments by unloading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, or manual handling Inspect freight for damage, verify quantities, review packing lists, and complete discrepancy documentation Utilize RF scanners for receiving, inventory tracking, replenishment, and order fulfillment Perform put-away and stock replenishment including bin stocking, pallet storage, product rotation, and organization Pick and pack customer orders accurately to ensure damage-free shipments Participate in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory within the warehouse management system Provide friendly and efficient service at the Will Call counter when assisting customers Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all warehouse safety procedures Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve workflow Support overall warehouse operations with additional duties as needed Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED required 3-6+ months of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment strongly preferred Knowledge of HVAC/R products is a plus Comfortable using RF scanners and basic computer systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Ability to work in a team-based environment and communicate effectively Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy and safety What We're Looking For Dependable team player with strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Safety-first attitude Organized and detail-driven professional
