Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is a vital part of our operations team, supporting technicians and ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently day-to-day. This role is hands-on and flexible—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue parts and equipment to HVAC technicians to support daily service and installation needs Order, receive, and stock inventory, including both warehouse stock and job-specific materials Unload deliveries and verify accuracy of shipments Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment Assist with inventory tracking and stock replenishment Perform light facility maintenance, including grounds upkeep and basic janitorial tasks Open and secure warehouse facilities, including end-of-day lockup Support additional duties and special projects as directed by management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, inventory, or HVAC parts experience is a plus Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to take initiative and assist wherever needed
