Job Description

Step into a hands-on role that keeps goods moving Day in the life (2nd Shift, Mon-Fri | 3:30p-12:00a): You clock in at 3:30 p.m., grab your RF handheld, and get right to it. A trailer from the B&L Manufacturing Operation arrives, followed by product from third‑party vendors. You verify counts, inspect, and stow inventory into its assigned storage locations. As customer orders drop, you retrieve product to the pick area or directly to shipping lanes. You assemble orders accurately, apply any customer‑specific labels, tightly stretch‑wrap pallets, and stage them for loading. Throughout the shift, you help load trucks and keep aisles, docks, and work areas clean and organized. Every move you make—receiving, putaway, picking, shipping—is executed and confirmed via an RF computer. What you'll handle Receive inbound product from the B&L Manufacturing Operation and third‑party vendors; place inventory into designated locations. Pick items precisely to fulfill customer requirements; perform order checking as needed. Apply special labeling to customer orders; stack pallets, label, and stretch‑wrap for secure shipment. Transfer product between warehouse locations and deliver to internal and external customers. Load trucks safely and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. Process all order transactions using RF devices/computers. What you bring
Education:
High School Diploma preferred.
Experience:
1 year in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Skills:
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Outlook and navigation of web‑based applications.
Preferred:
Certified forklift operator; experience with RF systems and Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., BPCS, Optum).
Schedule & Pay Shift:
2nd Shift | Monday-Friday (3:30p-12:00a) Starting pay: $18.50/hour plus $0.75 shift differential
