Warehouse Stager (Full-Time) Looking for a hands-on role where your work directly impacts customers and daily operations? As a Warehouse Stager, you ll play a critical role in preparing and organizing shipments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in getting the details right. No extensive experience? No problem-we provide training to set you up for success. What You ll Do Accurately scan and transfer stock and special-order parts between totes (ensuring safe weight limits) Build and label pallets clearly and correctly for shipment Sort and stage non-conveyable items to the proper pallets Assist with loading trucks, ensuring all items are accurate and accounted for Help maintain an organized and clean staging area (cardboard, pallets, totes, etc.) Support overall warehouse operations and jump in where needed What We re Looking For Previous warehouse or staging experience is helpful, but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow processes and work efficiently Good communication skills Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment Why Join Us?
