Weisser Distributing is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. If you enjoy staying active, working with a great team, and taking pride in quality work, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment Fulfill both individual and bulk orders accurately and efficiently Maintain inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness Follow established safety procedures and best practices Work with team members to achieve daily production goals Assist with other warehouse duties as needed What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the workday Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment Why Weisser?
