Shop Assistant / General Laborer (Part-Time)
Location:
East Ridge, TN Schedule:
20-24 hours per week, flexible schedule (Monday-Friday only)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Shop Assistant to help with a variety of tasks in our woodworking and construction shop. This position offers flexible weekday hours and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and working in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with local installation projects as needed Help with small shop projects and production tasks Organize tools, materials, and work areas Clean and maintain the shop and workspaces Load, unload, and move materials Support team members with daily operations
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry materials as needed Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and follow directions Construction, woodworking, or shop experience is a plus but not required
