3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM w/ OT pay

Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Material Handlers / Production Workers for a well-established hardwood flooring manufacturer in Johnson City, TN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in producing quality products, and are looking to gain valuable manufacturing experience. Job Responsibilities As a Material Handler / Production Worker, you will be responsible for: Handling and moving lumber throughout the production facility Stacking hardwood flooring products according to company standards Carrying lumber and flooring materials between work areas Placing flooring strips into designated boxes for packaging Assisting with general production and warehouse duties Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Following all safety procedures and production guidelines Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including cold conditions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic High school diploma or GED Why Join Us?
