Marina Dockhand Location:
Knoxville, TN 37915 Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Marina Dockhand to join our team in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily operations of the marina, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers and the proper maintenance of boats and docks. Responsibilities Assist boaters with docking and undocking their vessels safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of docks, boats, and marina facilities. Handle fueling operations in a safe and responsible manner. Monitor marina grounds and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues. Provide excellent customer service to marina guests and boat owners. Assist with launching and retrieving boats as needed. Follow all safety protocols and marina policies. Qualifications Previous experience in a marina, boating, or related field preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor. Valid driver's license. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of boat handling and safety procedures is a plus.
