In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functions, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting the efficiency of our warehouse operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management. Duties Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment Load and unload shipments safely using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Stock shelves accurately, replenish inventory, and maintain organized storage areas for quick access Prepare shipments for delivery by packaging products securely according to company standards Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, update records, and manage stock movements Collaborate with team members to meet daily distribution goals in a fast-paced e-commerce environment Perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipment weights to ensure accuracy Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations preferred Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 is highly desirable Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and load/unload operations Strong attention to detail for order picking, packing accuracy, and inventory control Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipment data Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Warehouse Associate where your energy fuels our success!
