General Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a General Warehouse Associate opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. This role may include packaging, palletizing, shipping/receiving, forklift operation, inventory support, and general warehouse duties. Ideal candidates will have previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Package finished products for storage and shipment Build loads and prepare shipments for dispatch Operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, and sit-down forklifts Receive and process incoming materials Read and follow packaging specifications and production schedules Operate manual, semi-automatic, or automatic packaging equipment Monitor products and packaging for quality issues Supply palletizing equipment with materials and empty pallets Assist with inventory, paperwork, tagging, and shipping documentation Maintain clean and safe work areas Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

Previous warehouse, production, or shipping/receiving experience preferred Sit-down forklift experience or general forklift knowledge preferred Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and safety Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the shift Team-oriented with reliable attendance
