This role supports the Warehouse Manager and warehouse team by ensuring equipment remains clean, functional, and operating properly while assisting with general warehouse responsibilities, including picking, packing, inventory handling, order fulfillment documentation, and oils production support. This position is primarily focused on machine operation and warehouse support, with a secondary role in minimizing downtime through routine preventative maintenance and timely reporting of larger mechanical issues to the maintenance team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation & Routine Maintenance :

Operate and perform routine preventative maintenance on warehouse and production equipment, including cup machines and oil filling and capping systems. Perform regular cleaning, lubrication, inspections, and basic adjustments to ensure optimal performance and safe operation. Escalate major repairs or technical issues to the maintenance team as needed.

Troubleshooting Support :

Identify and report equipment malfunctions or operational concerns promptly to minimize downtime. Assist with basic troubleshooting and operational resets when appropriate while maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and issues observed.

Warehouse Operations Support :

Assist with daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, stocking, palletizing, and material handling. Support inventory organization and maintain accurate product and supply counts.

Oils Production Support :

Assist with oils production processes, including filling, capping, labeling, staging, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring quality and consistency standards are met.

Inventory & Supply Coordination :

Monitor and communicate supply or spare part needs related to routine equipment upkeep and warehouse operations.

Safety & Compliance :

Follow all warehouse and equipment safety procedures and maintain compliance with operational and workplace safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist in preventing workplace hazards and accidents.

Team Collaboration :

Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, production personnel, and the maintenance team to support efficient daily operations and workflow continuity. Education and/or

Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment with a focus on equipment maintenance and machine diagnostics.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining specialized equipment such as cup machines, oils fillers, capping and sealing machines, and other labeling and packaging machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve minor technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with machinery maintenance tools, including diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in machinery operation and warehouse environments.
• Proficiency with preventative maintenance programs and asset management software.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
