$15.00-$17.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Approximately 15 hours per week Typically Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (flexible scheduling available) About the Role SoRite is a fast-growing consumer products company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to support shipping, inventory management, and warehouse operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, takes pride in accurate work, and wants to be part of a growing business. As our operations expand, additional hours and responsibilities may become available. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders Prepare retailer and e-commerce shipments Receive and organize incoming inventory Apply labels, neck tags, and product packaging components Assemble shipping kits and promotional materials Maintain inventory accuracy and organization Assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe Support general warehouse and operational projects as needed Qualifications Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and work in a warehouse environment Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer skills preferred Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, retail, or inventory experience is a plus but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and takes ownership of their work. The right candidate will help us build efficient warehouse processes and provide excellent support for our growing customer and retailer base.
