Based in Piperton, Tennessee, Pyramex aims to hire talent that will serve with heart in order to build strong, trusted partnerships with customers providing unmatched service and customer care. Schedule Monday - Friday / 8am-5pm Essential Duties Coordinate with Inbound Receiving team daily on inventory put away and organization of product in the warehouse Replenish primary bin locations and full case pallets as directed by replenishment reports. Troubleshoot problems with report's min/max levels Prepare cases of product (cut box tops and straps) before placing in a designated locations around pick line Organize and replenish work stations around pick line Critically important to support pick line to eliminate delays in order fulfillment process Use warehouse management system to complete bin transfers Monitor and eliminate partial cases in the warehouse Correct/Report any inventory discrepancies Manage cycle counting process to ensure accurate information in the warehouse management system Keep a safe and clean work area. Adhere to all safety policies. Maintain a positive attitude while making excellent customer service a top priority Cross train in other warehouse tasks and assist in projects or other areas, as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Basic reading, writing, computer and math skills Experience using an RF scanner Able to complete forklift certification Must be extremely detail-oriented and hardworking Able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Must be self-motivated and punctual Able to work individually and with a team Able to perform physical requirements of the position including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, squatting, bending, and reaching overhead Able to lift up to 50 pounds without restriction, using proper safety methods
