Warehouse Worker - Weekday 3rd Shift

Our client is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking for dependable team members to join their manufacturing operation! As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment used in the production process while ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals are achieved efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour Available Shift Night Shift Monday -

Thursday:

7:00 PM - 5:30 AM Overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Paid Time Off (PTO) Benefits Available Pay Increase Upon Permanent Hire Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Measure, inspect, and count products accurately Maintain production standards and quality requirements Lift and move materials weighing 50-70 pounds throughout the shift Perform repetitive tasks in various production departments Stand for extended periods, including up to 10+ hours per shift Bend, twist, stoop, pull, and reach overhead as needed Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Candidates without a diploma or GED are encouraged to apply Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes Must be able to pass a drug screening in accordance with client requirements Work Location On-site, in-person Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Individuals with criminal records are encouraged to apply.
