Warehouse Driver/Associate Snapdragon Shop LLC Soddy-Daisy, TN Job Details Full-time From $17 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Equipment safety procedures Maintaining an organized workspace Driver's License Warehouse cleanliness Material handling safety practices Full Job Description As a Warehouse Associate , you are responsible for assisting with daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to multiple locations. This role involves performing regular inventory counts, restocking shelves, and maintaining an organized workspace. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow proper safety procedures. The position does require making local deliveries using company vehicles. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and works well in a fast-paced team environment, with a clean driving record
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required Forklift operation experience or certification (preferred; training may be provided)
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or move for extended periods Reliable transportation and good attendance record Valid driver's license (required for deliveries) Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean, organized environment Customer service mindset when assisting with deliveries or communicating with team members
Preferred Traits:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing Organizational skills for maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse order Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexibility to assist with various warehouse duties as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment to multiple locations. Operate warehouse equipment safely , including pallet jacks and forklifts (We will provide training for heavy equipment if necessary). Load and unload shipments , ensuring materials are handled carefully (up to 50 lbs manually). Help with inventory counts and assist with cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage. Maintain organized inventory by labeling, shelving, and restocking products. Assist with local deliveries as needed, ensuring timely and professional service. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized , following company safety standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. Report equipment malfunctions, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly to management.
