For 25 years, we've built our reputation on quality work and a friendly, supportive team environment. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join us at our Spring Hill location. The Role As a Shipping & Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in our daily fulfillment operation—this is an active, hands-on position for someone who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. You won't be sitting at a desk; you'll be moving, packing, and making sure every order goes out correctly and on time.

Your day-to-day will include:

Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment Printing and applying shipping labels using our order management system Organizing and maintaining warehouse stock and storage areas Coordinating outgoing shipments with carriers Keeping the shipping and warehouse area clean, organized, stocked and running efficiently Physical Requirements We believe in being upfront: this is a physically active job. You should be comfortable with the following: Standing and moving throughout your entire shift Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly (paper stock, finished products, boxes) Working at a steady, productive pace in a fast-moving environment If you prefer a desk job or have physical limitations that would make these tasks difficult, this position may not be the right fit.
