Job Description

Warehouse Associate Purpose Logo Brands is "The Brand Other Brands Trust." We are a family-owned fast-growing business that has developed partnerships with the top sports leagues and businesses in the world. We are looking to hire 3 to 4 Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join our Operations team in Spring Hill, TN in the following areas: receiving, picking and pulling, processing, forklift operating, and VAS (Value-Added Services). The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn quickly, is a team player while maintaining a great attitude. The candidate will also be detail-oriented, well organized, and motivated to improve processes that are part of your daily work. Qualifications To be qualified for this position: Team players, positive attitude will uphold our Core Values. Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail, accuracy and communication Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Stand/walk/lift for extended periods Demonstrated ability to operate machinery (Forklift Certification preferred) Class III Basic math and reading skills (Excel, Asana, WMS preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed High school diploma or equivalent preferred Responsibilities Ability to work in all departments: Receiving, Outbound, Value-Added Services. Maintain inventory accuracy through LMS receiving, picking and processing Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts as certified) Class III Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity Inbound deliveries/Outbound shipments Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards - 5S Follow all company policies and OSHA safety guidelines Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned Shifts First shift hours: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm Second shift hours: Monday to Thursday 12:00pm to 9:30pm Friday from 12:00pm to 6:30pm Benefits Compensation Insurance, Paid Holidays, Birthday
