Competitive hourly wage, based on experience Job Summary Armstrong Electrical Supply is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, stocking, and distributing electrical products while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a safe, efficient warehouse environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments of electrical supplies and materials. Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup. Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory counts using company inventory management software. Conduct routine inventory audits and cycle counts. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management. Organize and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed (training/certification may be provided). Assist customers and drivers with loading materials. Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times. Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory logs. Work closely with sales and office staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time-management skills. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience. Overtime opportunities available.
