Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Arlington, TX. This hands-on warehouse role is ideal for someone with strong manual labor experience, a solid work ethic, and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced production and operations environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by unboxing copiers, moving equipment, handling materials, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, loading, and unloading tasks. This position is labor intensive and requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting throughout the entire workday. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy active work, teamwork, and structured warehouse processes. The environment offers supportive leadership, clear direction from supervisors and team leads, training on safety requirements, and the potential to grow into a long-term role through a temp-to-hire path. Key Responsibilities
- Unbox copiers, push equipment, and move warehouse products safely and efficiently.
- Perform general warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, loading, and unloading trucks.
- Follow instructions from the warehouse supervisor or team lead to complete assigned tasks within required timelines.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the workday.
- Adhere to OSHA requirements and safe work practices when handling equipment, materials, solvents, cleaners, and warehouse tools.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and support team productivity and quality goals. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$17 per hour.- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
