Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate at our Arlington, TX facility! We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to our success. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. If you enjoy physical work and are ready to be part of a collaborative team, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently. Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively. Assist with regular inventory counts and audits to maintain stock accuracy. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed. Forklift certification is a plus, but we can provide training for the right candidate.

Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Experience Loading and Unloading Vehicles Machines & technologies you'll use: Warehouse Management Software (SAP, Oracle) Pelletizer Machine
