Full Job Description Warehouse & Customer Support Specialist Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated full-time Warehouse & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines warehouse operations, customer service, and technical support. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products, assisting customers with orders and product inquiries, and providing troubleshooting support for screen-print-related issues. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable to multiple responsibilities. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime) offering stability, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and stored in their designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders for shipment with accuracy and timeliness.
- Safely load and unload deliveries from trucks using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Monitor stock levels, assist in restocking, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Document inventory movements, shipments, and deliveries in warehouse systems. Customer Service
- Accurately process customer orders through order entry systems.
- Provide product recommendations to help customers choose the right items for their needs.
- Work closely with logistics and warehouse staff to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment. Telemarketing Support
- Lead generation through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, need, and buying potential
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives Other Duties
- Perform cross-training across warehouse, customer service, and technical support areas.
- Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support company goals.
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
