How will you power what'spossible? Job Description The Warehouse Specialist supports Supply Chain by assisting with inventory, shipping, and receiving operations. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely logistics, and a well-organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced with SAP or similar systems, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. Shipping and receiving,Inventory transfers and expense tracking, Weekly cycle counts and adjustments. Maintain accurate inventory records, including real-time updates of stock levels and product movement. Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, packing, and staging for outbound logistics. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentto services operations order. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to Southwire safety policies and procedures. Operate warehouse equipment(e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently (if applicable). Collaborate with Operations and team membersto support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain the warehouse layout, ensuring efficient storage and accessibility of inventory, products, and packing materials. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipmentsfor accuracy and quality, documenting any discrepancies. Process transactions in SAP, including:Shipping and receiving,Inventory transfers and expense tracking, Weekly cycle counts and adjustments. Maintain accurate inventory records, including real-time updates of stock levels and product movement. Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, packing, and staging for outbound logistics. Required Education:
High School Diploma Required Experience:
1 -3 yearsPreferred Skills, Licenses, & Certificates:
Must have basic computer skills - MS Excel, MS Word, Data Entry, SAP Preferred. Knowledge of inventory management and shipping and receiving processes.
