Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the smooth operation of our distribution center. In this vital role, you will be responsible for handling inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring products are accurately stocked and dispatched. Your proactive approach will help us meet customer demands efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, order fulfillment, and logistics operations in a fast-paced setting. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory safely and efficiently Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing procedures Stock shelves and storage areas systematically to optimize space utilization and facilitate quick access for order fulfillment Use basic math skills to count inventory, verify quantities, and process stock adjustments accurately Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks, unloading deliveries, and organizing stock for easy retrieval Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse environment to promote a secure workspace Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar platforms is advantageous Ability to operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in order picking and packing tasks Basic math proficiency for inventory counting and data entry tasks Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods throughout shifts Join our team today to become an integral part of a thriving logistics operation!
