Job Description
Amer Technology Inc., in partnership with Schneider Electric , is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support fast-paced distribution operations. Key Responsibilities Pick and prepare orders for truck and parcel shipments, replenishments, and full pallet loads Operate warehouse equipment, including stand-up lifts, order pickers, and high-reach trucks Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete orders with precision Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before shipment Perform daily equipment inspections and promptly report safety concerns Follow customer-specific order requirements and compliance standards Participate in ongoing safety and process training Support warehouse operations with flexibility, urgency, and teamwork Work assigned overtime as needed Basic Qualifications Safety-minded, reliable, and team-oriented Strong communication skills and adaptability in dynamic environments Ability to read, count, and perform basic math functions Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent Must be willing to submit to a background and drug test Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a distribution center (highly valued) Background in materials handling and warehouse distribution Stand-Up Forklift certification and proven safe equipment operation Familiarity with OSHA regulations and RF scanning systems High attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy Physical Requirements Lift, lower, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs (solo) 8-10 hr day and pass a physical agility test Stand, walk, bend, squat. and stoop throughout the shift Operate heavy equipment in moderate heat/cold environments Hours & Pay 1st
