What You'll Do Picking and Packing Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure timely and precise deliveries Inventory Management Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through stock counts and organization Shipping and Receiving Load and unload trucks, inspect shipments, and ensure proper documentation Forklift Operation Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts for material handling and storage (certification is a strong plus) General Warehouse Duties Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Support teammates and warehouse operations wherever needed Help ensure the warehouse operates efficiently during busy periods Requirements Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred Familiarity with picking, packing, and inventory management Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts (certification preferred) Ability to lift heavy weights and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Strong ownership mentality and willingness to support the team beyond assigned responsibilities when needed Comfortable working in an environment where flexibility, teamwork, and accountability are expected daily Not afraid to jump in and help solve problems during high-volume or fast-paced periods Bonus Points If You Have Experience with inventory or logistics software Forklift or pallet jack experience (training available if needed) Interest in fitness, strength training, or garage gym culture Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay and potential for overtime Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative team environment Comprehensive training and development Team culture built around accountability, reliability, and helping each other win Ready to Join the Team?
