JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure continuity of stockroom operations and proactively address potential personnel gaps during standard business hours. This position provides critical on-site coverage to support daily material and inventory activities, particularly in situations where material handlers are unavailable due to unplanned absences or callouts. By maintaining consistent staffing coverage, this role helps ensure operational commitments are met, service levels are maintained, and business disruptions are minimized throughout the workweek.
General Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for a broad range of stockroom and inventory management activities, including: Processing outgoing cleans Assisting with incoming receipts Receiving and stocking materials Managing return-to-stock transactions Fulfilling crib requests Performing general parts management duties Non-moving pull and staging These responsibilities collectively support accurate inventory flow, timely material availability, and adherence to established warehouse controls.
Primary or Key Scope of Work:
The core function of this role is to support daily stockroom operations through basic material handling and inventory activities. This includes receiving incoming materials, stocking inventory in designated locations, issuing materials to support operations, and processing return-to-stock transactions. The role ensures that materials are accurately tracked, properly stored, and readily available to meet operational needs, while maintaining compliance with internal controls and established procedures. All activities are performed in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures located in the ATMC SOPs repository.
