PRT Staffing is actively hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a fast-paced cold storage warehouse operation in Baytown, TX. This is an in-office administrative role supporting warehouse operations with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication. What You'll Be Doing Process inbound and outbound shipments Verify shipping documents, BOLs, and inventory accuracy Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely shipments Enter and update data in warehouse management systems Track inventory and resolve discrepancies Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams Maintain accurate records and documentation Work Environment Office-based role inside a cold storage warehouse setting Exposure to: o Cooler (~30°F) o Freezer (~15°F) Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment supporting warehouse operations
What We're Looking For Required:
Previous shipping & receiving experience Strong data entry and computer skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Preferred:
