Cooper Group Staffing LLC is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for handling inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload trucks in a safe and timely manner Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications & Requirements:

Some prior warehouse experience required Clean background (background check required) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices Good attention to detail and accuracy

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
