Job Title:
General Laborer Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator / General Laborer to join our team in Brookshire, TX. In this role, you will support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. This is a fantastic, stable Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a premier employer.
Schedule & Compensation Shift:
1st Shift (Monday - Friday)
Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks, including assembling, packing, and sorting production materials. Feed raw materials into production machinery and monitor the line for quality control. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards. Load and unload products or materials as directed by the floor supervisor. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily output goals. Qualifications Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment is preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs consistently throughout an 8-hour shift. Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and a reliable means of transportation to Brookshire, TX.
