Overview Join our team as a Warehouse Shipping Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and enthusiasm will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Prepare outgoing shipments by accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders. Load and unload trucks safely adhering to safety protocols at all times. Manage inventory movement within the warehouse by stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and organizing stock for easy retrieval. Conduct order picking with precision to meet customer deadlines, ensuring all items are correctly selected according to order specifications. Pack items securely for shipment, considering packaging standards to prevent damage during transit. Perform regular stock counts and assist with cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes related to order fulfillment, stock management, and distribution efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized workspace that complies with safety standards and promotes operational excellence. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is a plus. Basic math skills for counting inventory, verifying quantities, and processing shipments accurately. Experience with shipping & receiving procedures and order picking/packing processes in a distribution setting. Knowledge of packaging standards to ensure items are shipped securely and damage-free. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
