General Labor- Warehouse worker

Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. Your proactive approach will help us meet customer demands efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Responsibilities Load and unload materials and products manually or using basic equipment. Move materials to and from storage areas, work lines, and shipping docks. Assist in assembly, packaging, and quality control processes as needed. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred Proficiency with warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 is advantageous Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order fulfillment and inventory tasks Strong physical stamina to lift heavy items, load/unload trucks, and stand for extended periods Excellent attention to detail for accurate order picking, packing, and inventory control Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members

Schedule:

Monday-Friday from 7:00 am•3:30pm or 6:00•2:30pm (Depend on the department and manager) Payrate for Warehouse associate is starting $16.45 per hour.
