Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our records management team. This position is responsible for the safe handling, storage, retrieval, and delivery of records, files, and boxes for our customers. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment while operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and box trucks. Key Responsibilities Pull, pack, and prepare customer records, files, and boxes for delivery or pickup. Accurately store boxes and files in designated warehouse locations. Receive, sort, label, and process incoming inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records and location tracking. Load and unload boxes, pallets, and materials from delivery vehicles. Make scheduled customer deliveries and pickups using company box trucks. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers. Conduct routine inventory audits and assist with cycle counts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards. Assist with warehouse projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, records management, or inventory experience preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and/or box trucks preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable working at heights when operating warehouse equipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of boxes and materials. Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing throughout the workday. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles.
