Warehouse Technician Oil & Gas Industry Schedule:

Full-time, 5 days per week. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join our team supporting a major oil and gas customer. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring materials are readily available for field operations. Job Summary As a Warehouse Technician, you will play a key role in the efficient management of inventory for critical oil and gas operations. You will organize and track materials, update records in real time through a mobile app, and proactively order new stock to prevent shortages. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Organize, label, and maintain inventory in the warehouse to ensure easy access and efficient workflow. Perform regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock levels. Use a company-provided mobile app to upload inventory data, track movements, and generate reports. Monitor stock levels and place orders for new inventory as needed to support ongoing oil and gas customer requirements. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders. Prepare and stage materials for outbound shipments to field locations. Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Collaborate with field teams and supervisors to fulfill urgent material requests. Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred (oil & gas or industrial background is a plus). Familiarity with inventory management apps or software is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Basic computer and smartphone skills required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing ladders). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. High school diploma or equivalent.
