Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Position Summary The Warehouse Clerk II will support Operations and work closely with ICQA Supervisors and Leads. This position carries a high level of responsibility , as inventory accuracy and quality compliance are critical to both company operations and customer satisfaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Work effectively in a team-oriented warehouse environment Perform clerical and administrative duties within the department Assist supervisors in communicating quality assurance standards to key organizational personnel Support quality reviews of documentation to ensure compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records Assist with investigating customer complaints related to quality issues Maintain accurate records and support quality and inventory control processes Exercise sound judgment while handling sensitive quality and operational matters Required Qualifications & Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Strong mathematical, computer, and reasoning skills Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a warehouse environment , including exposure to hot and cold conditions
