40 hours per week Responsibilities Lead cycle counts, FIFO audits, and inventory tracking Oversee shipping/receiving, documentation, and dispatch (TL, LTL, small package, containers) Train and support warehouse staff Drive process improvements Ensure safety, compliance (incl. hazmat), and accurate system updates Coordinate daily workflow and communicate across teams Requirements High school diploma 3+ years warehouse/logistics experience Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills Experience with WMS and Google Suite Ability to train staff and work independently Safety-focused; able to lift 50 lbs System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
