We are currently hiring for a full-time Warehouse Associate Lead to join our growing and dynamic team in Dallas, TX . This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations by ensuring materials are received, organized, and staged accurately, while assisting in coordinating workflow, deliveries, and communication between internal teams to maintain an efficient and well-run warehouse environment.

Pull, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pick-up Receive and process daily deliveries, including labeling and documentation Assist in organizing workflow to meet shipment and delivery deadlines Support Location Manager in overseeing daily warehouse activities Coordinate with internal teams including sales, customer service, and purchasing Utilize scheduling tools to ensure jobs and materials are ready on time Perform cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels Operate warehouse equipment including forklift and pallet jack Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Report product discrepancies, damages, or issues as needed Assist with deliveries as scheduled Perform other duties as assignedMinimum Required Education & Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent GED Five years of experience working in a same or similar role; or An equivalent combination of education and experience Unrestricted Texas driver's license required Experience working in warehouse or construction-related environments preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Must pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screen following job offerPhysical Requirements & Work Environment:
Ability to lift approximately 50-60 lbs regularly Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled warehouse environmentSimilar jobs in Dallas, TX
