In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory and ensuring seamless warehouse distribution. Your proactive approach will support order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory control processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems and materials handling—all while contributing to a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Duties Safely operate manual pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track stock levels accurately. Perform stock stocking, order picking, packing, and order fulfillment tasks to ensure timely shipment of products. Conduct regular inventory counts and control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies. Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation and preparing items for dispatch. Handle heavy lifting and materials handling tasks in compliance with OSHA safety standards. Support warehouse distribution operations by organizing storage areas, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean workspace. Operate heavy equipment such as cranes or mechanical devices as needed for construction or manufacturing-related tasks. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve overall warehouse management efficiency. Experience Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in inventory management, stocking, order picking, packing, shipping & receiving. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to OSHA safety standards. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and order fulfillment tasks.
