Job Description Job Description The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to support efficient plant operations. This role also assists with material handling activities as needed to ensure proper material flow and minimize production downtime. The position works closely with production leadership to prioritize work and maintain a safe, organized environment.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma plus 2 years college and/or trade school. Minimum 4 years of related job experience, with emphasis on equipment maintenance and repair; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must possess Journeyman level skills with some supervisory experience and be willing to continue education in leadership training.
