Material Handler:

Work with a collaborative and supportive team. What's a typical day as Material Handler? You'll be: Receiving, moving, staging, and issuing materials to support assembly and test operations. Ensuring timely delivery of materials, kits, and components to workstations according to production schedules. Performing material replenishment to maintain continuous workflow and prevent line stoppages. Accurately transacting inventory movements using designated systems or tools. Staging work-in-process (WIP) and finished goods in designated locations. Supporting kitting, pre-staging, and material handling for production builds and test activities. Identifying and escalating material shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns. Maintaining organization, labeling, and cleanliness of storage and staging areas. Following safety, quality, and standard work requirements at all times. Collaborating with supervisors and operators to support changing production priorities. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Possess 1-3 years of experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing support roles. Are comfortable working in a non-temperature controlled warehouse (exposed to seasonal heat/cold). Can lift, carry, or move materials up to 30 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift. Have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear communication abilities. Are able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Have basic computer or inventory system experience. Are willing to work flexible hours or rotating shifts as needed. (Preferred) Have experience with kitting, WIP management, electronic components, or forklift operation.
