In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, stocking, and inventory management. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and logistics processes while contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools Maintain accurate inventory levels through stock replenishment and cycle counts in our warehouse management system (WMS) Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit and facilitate smooth shipping & receiving processes Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks following safety protocols Assist with order fulfillment by accurately selecting items based on pick lists and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock, stocking shelves, and preparing items for shipment or storage Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and inventory management Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire; experience operating reach trucks preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar ERP systems, and RF scanners Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Ability to operate pallet jacks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stocking and order accuracy Good physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, load/unload shipments throughout the shift Join us as a Warehouse Associate to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
