Hourly Shifts:

8am to 4:30pm Key Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions): Prepare documentation including invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels. Schedule all inbound and outbound orders via telephone and email Record and file data and validate documents Process orders in a timely manner Troubleshoot discrepancies as needed Update daily reports, inbound & outbound logs Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety Act in a manner that promotes teamwork by assisting the clerical department when needed. Perform basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling order totals, and assisting with month‑end reporting.

Skills and Experience:

Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years

WAREHOUSE

experience Must possess the appropriate computer experience (i.e. Microsoft Office) Ability to multitask and work in an organized manner. Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)
